Mark Camillo is Head of Cyber, EMEA and is responsible for the CyberEdge® suite of end-to-end risk management solutions at AIG. Prior to this role, Mark led the cyber team for the Americas including oversight of the Personal Identity Coverage (PIC) and Payment Fraud Products. Mark joined AIG in 2001 and has held positions of increasing management responsibility in various parts of the organisation including eBusiness Risk Solutions, Affinity Group, Accident & Health, Professional Liability, and the Fidelity team. Prior to AIG, Mark worked in sales, marketing, and product development for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and SITEL Corporation. Mark has a Masters of Business Administration from SUNY Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming.

Isabelle joined AIG Europe in February 2020 to run Client and Broker Engagement for the region. Prior to this, she served as Chief Client & Distribution Officer for Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), based in Milan where she coordinated the client and distribution relationship management community globally, as well as negotiated global engagement agreements with key brokers, and for Zurich in Paris, and prior to that for Deutsche Post DHL in London. She holds an A.R.M designation and a Master of Science: Insurance and Risk Management from IMR (Institut du Management des Risques) and recently completed the EDHEC “Advanced Management Programme” in Paris.

Emily Cox has been a Global Insurance & Prevention Manager at Solvay S.A. since 2017. In this position, she oversees the global property insurance, Asia Pacific local insurance programmes, and various prevention efforts of the Solvay Group (business impact, climate change, project management, audit, etc.). She started her career in 2013 as a Field Engineer at FM Global in the United States after which she held the position of Account Engineer for various international chemical clients. She has recently received FERMA's rimap certification.

Christopher Croft became CEO of LIIBA in January 2016. Prior to that, he was head of the London Market Group’s Secretariat where he led the work that produced the milestone London Matters report. He began his career as a Government economist and spent 10 years in financial services regulation prior to joining LMG. As part of his LIIBA role, he is also a Director of BIPAR (European Federation of Insurance Intermediaries) and sits on the Executive Committee of the World Federation of Insurance Intermediaries (WFII). He is also a past Vice President of the Insurance Institute of London.

David started his career as a broker at Alexander Howden in 1981. Since he founded Hyperion in 1994 with three people and his dog in a small office in London, David has grown the business to what is today - an international group with £725m turnover and over 6,000 people in 40 territories. Hyperion comprises Howden Broking, DUAL underwriting and data analytics and digital delivery business Hyperion X. David has been the fundamental driving force behind the group’s expansion into an international insurance group offering wholesale, retail and reinsurance broking and underwriting. As Chief Executive, David’s focus is on leading the Group’s M&A activities as well as directing and implementing the Group’s strategic growth and direction.

Fred was appointed as Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Chief Executive Officer for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) per July 1st, 2017. Based in Zurich, Fred is responsible for overseeing Corporate Solutions business and strategy in the EMEA region. Prior to his current position, Fred served as Chief Executive Officer for Corporate Solutions in the Asia Pacific region from October 2013 to June 2017, based in Singapore. During his tenure in the Asia Pacific region, Fred led Corporate Solutions' strategic expansion in the region, which included the acquisition of Royal & Sun Alliance China Ltd, new licenses and offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia as well as additional offices in Australia and Japan.

Prior to joining Howden he was at Aon for six years and holds the ACII qualification.

Carl Leeman is the chief risk officer of Katoen Natie, a privately-owned global logistics and engineering supplier to the automotive, petrochemical, consumer goods, retail and food industry. His responsibilities are among others operational contracts, legal issues, claims handling, safety, security, insurance and environmental management and he coordinates those on a global basis. He is chair of the board of the captive reinsurer Global Re and is a board member of Katoen Natie International s.a. He is also the vice president of Belrim (Belgian Risk Management Association) and was a previous board member of FERMA (European Risk Management Association) and previous president and executive chairman of IFRIMA (International Federation of Risk Management Associations). He studied at the Nautical College in Antwerp, and holds degrees in risk management, marketing, forwarding and insurance brokering.

Gaëtan is Head of Professional Ethics, Risk and Insurance Management at CMI Group in Belgium. He is president of Belgian risk management association BELRIM, and also boardmember and treasurer of European risk management association FERMA. Before joining CMI, Gaetan was Risk and Insurance Manager for Inbev from 1999-2007, and prior to that worked for an insurance company, and began his career at Lhoist. He studied Civil Mining Engineering at the University of Liege, Management and Administration at the Catholic University of Louvain, and Risk and Insurance Management at the University of Mons.

Paul Littooij started his career as a deck officer on commercial ships doing tramper trades along the European coasts. After that, Paul’s career in insurance began. He joined an insurance company where he had a deep dive in marine underwriting and claims handling, after which he became cargo surveyor in the team of the Dutch Lloyd’s Agents in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Five years later, Paul had seen too many losses “after the fact” and decided to work with clients to prevent losses from happening at all. Paul joined ACE, later renamed Chubb, about 12 years ago and has been Marine Manager for Benelux since 2011. In addition, he is board member of the Marine Insurance Association Netherlands, member of the Technical Commission Transport of VNAB and regularly runs courses on marine insurance.

Frederic is the Corporate Risk Manager of Recticel, a Belgium-based multinational manufacturer of various polyurethane based foams, where he is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the global insurable risk management strategy to protect the balance sheet of the group through risk financing including insurance and alternative risk transfer methods. Prior to his current position, he served eight years as a Risk & Insurance Advisor at FedEx Express, the world's largest express transportation company and cargo airline, where he was responsible for all insurance and risk management related activities for the group in Europe, Middle-East, Africa and India.

Laura Opilio is head of the Dispute Resolution Department and Insurance practice at CMS. She first joined the Rome office in 1989 and was made partner in 1994. During her career, Laura has naturally acquired vast experience and significant knowledge of national and international civil and arbitral litigation, with a specific focus on disputes relating to commercial law, distribution agreements, manufacturer liability, energy, insurance law and life sciences. Laura is also currently Senior Vice Chair of the IBA International Sales Committee (2018), member of the ICC Arbitration Committee (International Chamber of Commerce Italia) and of the ArbIt (Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR).

Wendel Trio is the Director of Climate Action Network Europe since September 2011. Before taking the leadership of the biggest climate change NGO network, he worked for more than 20 years in some of its biggest member organisations. This includes working as political director for Oxfam in Belgium, as campaign director for Greenpeace Belgium and as the international Director of the Policy and Business Unit of Greenpeace International. His engagement in climate change policy started long ago while being the representative of the Belgian national Advisory Council on Climate Change and Sustainable Development to the World Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro in 1992.

Frank Vanhoonacker is responsible for the development of cyber in Belgium and Luxembourg. Frank obtained a law degree at Ghent university in 1984 and started with AIG where he has served for over 30 years. Frank was always active in the area of liability and financial lines, including bankers' blanket policies, D&O and professional indemnity, the last line having become his specialty. In this role, Frank assisted many European countries in becoming an important player in this line of business. For the last six years, Frank has lead cyber development, a real challenge as it concerns a completely new insurance product with a different approach to traditional insurance policies.

Alessandro was born in Cagliari, Italy and graduated at La Sapienza Rome University in 1988 and post-graduated at NYU Leonard Stern School of Business (MBA in Finance) in 1992. He has had a significant consulting experience initially with McKinsey & Co in Milan and then with Willis Towers Watson. After that he joined Generali Group, leading Planning and Control Global Unit and coordinating all post merger projects for the Italian Market and finally directly heading as CEO a domestic insurance company (UniOne). In 2006 Alessandro took over as an investor a niche Italian Insurance Company (ISI Insurance), launched it into the Immigrant Insurance Market and eventually sold it to Unipol Sai Group in 2014. Currently, Alessandro owns a wholesale broker (Centrale Polizze) focused on corporate clients and is in the process of launching a Malta based European-wide life insurer, powered by blockchain technology and focusing on life credit insurance (Shared Life PCC Ltd).
